Vendor Booth Information


Vendor booth information, rules for participation

  • 1. Booth registrations are confirmed by email upon receipt of application (online or post) when accompanied by payment.
  • 2. Booth cost is $157.50 for each space, plus $52.50 for each additional table (includes GST). Booth rentals include table(s), linens, website, social media & on-site signage promotion, and complementary vendor lunch.
  • 3. Book and pay for any 2 or more shows in 2018 and you're eligble for a 10% discount, just enter coupon code: GIMME10.
  • 4. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of payment.
  • 5. Names of (2) booth workers must be submitted with application, and each person may be required produce identification at check-in to receive show exhibitors pass.
  • 6. Only one firm or entity may occupy each booth. This includes “car trunkers” or “traders”.
  • 7. No instrument sales or purchases will be allowed outside of the venue, in the lobby, or in loading or parking areas.
  • 8. A test area will be provided for electric instruments and amplifiers.
  • 9. Noise levels will be monitored and controlled throughout the show.
  • 10. All exhibits must be left in place through show closing.
  • 11. Amplify Digital Marketing Corporation, Canadian Guitar Shows, CGS, EGS, RGS, and/or SGS, nor any show venues assume responsibility for any theft, damage, accidents, or deals that might occur during the course of a show.
  • 12. Vendors must furnish receipts with all sales and trades without regard to size or value of items.
  • 13. Customers may be required to present these receipts to remove these items from the venue.
  • 14. Amplify Digital Marketing Corporation, Canadian Guitar Shows, CGS, EGS, RGS, and/or SGS reserves the right to refuse booth applications without cause.
  • 15. All prices quoted above include 5% GST tax.
